Film opowiada o życiu GG'iego Allina, najbardziej kontrowersyjnego artysty punk-rockowego. GG był znany m.in. z bicia się z publicznością, rozbijania sobie butelek na głowie, czy smarowania się własnymi ekskrementami i rzucania nimi w publikę.
